These terms apply when you use the K&T Motors website and services operated by K&T Motors Limited, a company registered in Kenya. By using the site you agree to them.

K&T Motors lets dealers and private sellers advertise cars and lets buyers contact them. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, we do not own the cars listed and we are not a party to the sale.

Any agreement to buy or sell a car is between the buyer and the seller. You are responsible for inspecting the car, checking the documents and completing the transfer through NTSA.

A K&T Verified badge means that, on the inspection date shown, we checked the logbook against the seller and the car and a partner garage inspected the car. It is not a warranty and does not guarantee the future condition of the car.

Read the inspection summary, test drive the car and confirm the documents yourself before you pay.

You must own the car or be authorised to sell it, and everything in your listing (price, mileage, condition, photos) must be accurate. Do not list a car you have already sold.

We may edit, pause or remove any listing, or suspend an account, if we believe it is misleading, unsafe or breaks these terms.

Use seller contact details only to enquire about the car listed. Do not send spam or harass sellers.

Never pay a deposit or full price before you have seen the car and the original logbook.

Browsing and contacting sellers is free. Dealer plans and inspection fees are shown before you pay and are billed as agreed with you.

To the extent the law allows, K&T Motors is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
