K&T Motors Limited (“we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.

Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, and messages you send through our forms.

Seller and listing details: car information, photos, location and, for verification, copies of the logbook and ID.

Usage data: pages viewed and whether you tapped Call or WhatsApp on a listing, so we can improve the service and show dealers how their listings perform.

To publish listings, pass your enquiry to the seller, arrange inspections, respond to you, prevent fraud and improve K&T Motors. We do not sell your personal data.

The seller you contact, partner garages carrying out an inspection you requested, and service providers who host our site or send messages for us, all under confidentiality obligations. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it.
